What do we offer? We operate under the simple premise that thoroughness and integrity is the cornerstone of our business philosophy. Simply said, every candidate we introduce to one of our clients is personally prescreened, evaluated for compatibility and interviewed by one of the principals. More than just asking questions, we listen for answers, we scrutinize body language: we ask the probing questions because we want to provide a candidate that matches your specifications. But before we can begin our process of finding the right candidate, we want to find out what the client is looking for. In our view the hiring process has the similarities of a three-legged table: the legs representing the client, the candidate and ourselves. If any one part is out of sync in the hiring process the table topples. A thorough understanding of the client's needs and requirements must correlate with the candidate's skills and capabilities. Our role is to insure each party communicates clearly and effectively with full disclosure, resulting in a complete understanding and a willingness to commit. Sounds simple, but full and honest communication is what we provide. It is because of our commitment to provide honesty and full disclosure that we have a broad spectrum of satisfied clients.
