Executive Bios

Bradford C. Lyons
Bradford C. Lyons received his BA from LaSalle University in 1995. Upon graduation, Mr. Lyons was employed by GE Capital starting as an Operations Trainee for the Transport International Pool Subsidiary in Philadelphia. In 1996, Mr. Lyons was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager and was a recipient of the Presidents Circle Performance Award as the highest performing new employee for the year. Mr. Lyons was promoted to branch manager in 1997 for the Edison, NJ branch and in 1998 he also assumed dual responsibility for this branch and the Boyertown, PA office. From mid 1998 to early 2000, Mr. Lyons joined Watkins Leasing Company in Concordville, PA as the North East Regional leasing sales executive. In this capacity, Mr. Lyons was responsible for developing new business lines totaling $11mm in annual volume which represented 65% of the total company sales. In February 2000, Mr. Lyons became associated with MFT Transportation Specialists in Conshohocken, PA as National Vice President of Sales. Under his direction, MFT Transportation Specialists annual leasing revenue grew from inception to $1.5mm which represented 80% of the firm's total revenue. In addition to his sales role, Mr. Lyons was a corporate officer. Mr. Lyons chose to resign from MFT Transportation Specialists in February of 2003 and decided to join Craig Bradford Associates Inc. In May of 2003, Mr. Lyons became a partner in Craig Bradford Associates Inc. and undertook the firm's expansion in Pennsylvania.



Michael P. Lyons
Mr. Lyons is a graduate of Iona College, New Rochelle, NY. He received both his BA in English (1967) and an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behavior (1972) from Iona. For 10 years Mr. Lyons was employed at Chase Manhattan Bank where he worked in numerous divisions within the bank. He left Chase in 1980 as vice president of marketing services for the retail bank. Following Chase, Mr. Lyons joined Thomas Cook Travellers Checques as Marketing Vice President for North America. In addition to his managerial responsibilities for 40+ sales personnel in the US and Canada, Mr. Lyons personally managed the American Automobile Account which at that time was the world's largest sellers of travellers checques ($750mm per annum). In 1983 Mr. Lyons joined a regional temporary services firm, Tempositions®, as general manager and senior vice president. Under his leadership this company expanded from one office to five and revenue went from $4.5mm to $14mm. In 1988 Mr. Lyons became associated with Europe's second largest staffing firm ECCO as Senior Vice President and general manager and was responsible for its North American operations OTI Services Inc. In 1990 OTI was sold to private investors. From 1990-1993, he consulted to privately owned staffing firms in the NYC metropolitan area. In 1993 Mr. Lyons started DTI Temps and CBA Inc. In 2003 together with Brad Lyons, he expanded the company to service the Pennsylvania market.

Mr. Lyons is past president of The New York Association of Temporary Services. He has also been recognized by the New York State Department of Labor in 1998 as Regional Employer of the year and in 2002 as one of the three state wide recognized firms as employer of the year for his practices and success in hiring individuals with disabilities.
