Make a lasting impression
Upon a successful pre-screening from Craig Bradford Associates (CBA), it’s time to showcase your qualifications during a face-to-face interview with your potential employer. Consider these points:
> Research the company and the position.
> Come prepared and be on time! Bring copies of your resume, references, transcripts, etc.
> Be confident, remain calm, and dress for success.
> Practice your answers to commonly asked questions and prepare to "sell yourself."
> Generate questions to ask the employer. Participation shows interest.
> Follow up with each person who interviewed you, thank them, summarize key points, and reiterate your value to their company. Continually check the status of the position.
