Account Manager (Commercial Landscaping)

Comp: $65K – $85K plus $20K bonus

A family-owned, full-service landscaping and winter maintenance company serving commercial customers throughout the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley is looking for Account Managers to join their growing team.

The right candidate is accountable for:

  • planning, scheduling and overseeing daily crew activities.
  • managing a diverse portfolio of commercial landscape and winter maintenance projects.
  • proactively communicating with customers and providing recommendations for improvement to their properties.
  • conducting quality inspections.
  • supporting the renewal process by providing outstanding customer service.
  • generating customer solutions that are creative and align with the company’s brand image.

The right candidate’s qualifications include:

  • 3 years’ experience in the landscape management industry as a field level manager.
  • proficiency in the Microsoft Suite programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS)
  • good written and communication skills.

A truly exceptional candidate will possess:

  • aptitude in Aspire Field Management Software.
  • the ability to speak fluent Spanish,
  • an understanding of EOS.
  • a PMP or comparable experience.
