Salary: $55K to $65K with $10K bonus

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records (CRM)
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with current customers or provide additional information.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong desire to grow professionally and personally.
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- CRM Experience is preferred (HubSpot or Salesforce)
