Salary: Base $100K + $100K+ commission

Position Overview

The Director of Business Development is a strategic, high-energy sales leader responsible for driving growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening strategic partnerships—particularly within CPA and financial networks. This role blends consultative selling expertise with relationship-building excellence to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and company mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market share.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with CPA firms and financial partners to drive collaboration and referrals.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to assess client needs and deliver customized tax solutions.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities as a true sales hunter.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by embracing new technologies and evolving best practices.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals.

Basic Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
