Location: Blue Bell, PA (onsite 4 days, 1 remote)
Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of commercial lines clients including new and renewal business processing and maintenance of exceptional Customer relations with the client.
Overview of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support AM/AE in the maintenance of an existing book of business
- Review and process policy changes (including certs & endorsements)
- Handle questions, research and resolve problems
- Interact with internal/external customers to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assist in the process of renewal submissions for marketing including application(s), necessary exhibit(s), narrative(s), collection of loss runs and answers to underwriting questions.
- Submit applications to eligible and appropriate carriers and follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies
- Respond to calls/emails from clients and carrier partners.
- Perform other duties as may be required or assigned.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years with a commercial retail brokerage
- Knowledge of EPIC
- MS Office proficiency
- Collaborative nature
- Multi-tasker
