The right candidate is accountable for:
- Coordinating with all internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company vision and brand objectives.
- Continually updating the website.
- Maintaining consistent branding.
- The development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media and other channels.
- Creating and managing content for marketing materials to support all internal and external campaigns.
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; using that information to improve the company’s overall marketing strategies.
- Planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows and other industry events to improve the company’s overall brand recognition.
- Conducting market research to provide intelligence on the competitive landscape.
- Integration of digital and print initiatives.
The right candidate’s qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye toward detail.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS).
- Expertise in graphic design.
- Familiarity with marketing software (i.e. CRM systems, social media platforms).
- Website experience.
A truly exceptional candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a marketing or related role.
- A creative mindset with a passion for marketing.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- An understanding of EOS.
