Product Support Specialist-Testing & QA (Software)

Comp:           $60K-$90K dependent upon experience

*Must be willing to work some weekends*

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to join the team and work closely with the Director of Product. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and smooth operation of new integrations and product releases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in testing new product features and integrations to ensure they meet quality standards. Provide detailed feedback on any bugs or issues discovered during the testing process.
  • Development Pipeline Management: Administer and maintain the internal ticketing system used to track product development. Update project details, assist with prioritization, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and support teams, to identify and resolve issues.
  • Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of documentation related to integrations, testing procedures, and product updates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some technical experience or aptitude (e.g., familiarity with testing tools, ticketing systems, or basic coding knowledge) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work some weekends
