Sales Representative (Roofing)

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will manage projects from initial customer contact to final installation. You will build strong customer relationships, provide expert advice on materials and installation practices, and support our teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Generate detailed proposals and manage the sales cycle through to project completion.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Network and develop new business opportunities within the community.
  • Maintain ongoing education in industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing, remodeling, or home improvement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical
