Position: Senior Asset Manager
We have been engaged by a growing, dynamic Residential Real Estate Company in the Philadelphia area to identify a Senior Asset Manager. Our client offers a Hybrid work schedule, top compensation/benefits and career growth. Interviews are being conducted immediately.
Asset Manager Responsibilities:
- The asset manager will be responsible for operational and financial oversight performance, strategizing, maximizing return on assets and identifying opportunities for improved performance.
- Will be responsible as asset manager for assessing any deficiencies and helping to improve performance.
- Will also develop asset management reports and contribute to marketing plans.
- In addition, the asset manager will manage cash flow and investment projections and oversee annual budgeting. There also will be involvement with acquisition due diligence.
Asset Manager Qualifications:
- Asset manager must have 3+ years of multi-family asset management experience (Value-add experience is a plus).
- Financial acumen (valuation, cash flow, financial statement analysis), computer proficiency using MS Office (including Excel)
- Ability to create additional value/revenue
- Must have institutional experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
