The company is hiring for their sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will identify and cultivate
new prospects from relationships, events throughout the year, strategic partners, as well as direct calls and social media prospecting efforts.
Responsibilities
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Expertise at developing relationships
- Must be willing to travel
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
- Identify, educate, and develop strong broker partner relationships
- Mastery of company’s ecosystem and sales process
- Execution of sales goals and quotas established annually
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and experience
- 3+ years B2B sales experience, insurance experience preferred
- Experience with territory planning, outbound proactive sales calls, and long sales cycle development is required for this role
- Expertise with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Excel is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Possess a strong work ethic, an eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong networking skills
- Must have or obtain (within a designated time frame) Life and Health License
