Managing Partners
Bradford C. Lyons: As a managing partner of Craig Bradford Associates (CBA), Bradford oversees sales and operations for the Philadelphia office. He played a major role in the firm's expansion to Philadelphia in 2003. Prior to joining CBA, Bradford was an assistant operations manager and was promoted to branch manager at GE Capital, where he was a recipient of the Presidents Circle Performance Award given to high-performing employees. From 1998 to 2000, Bradford was a sales executive at Watkins Leasing Company, where he was responsible for developing new business lines totaling $11 million in annual volume, representing 65% of the company’s total sales. In 2000, Bradford became national vice president of sales and a corporate officer with MFT Transportation Specialists. Under his direction, the company’s revenue grew to $1.5 million. He also is an active volunteer coach with the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO), YMCA, and Audubon Recreation Association (ARA). Bradford is a graduate of La Salle University and currently lives with his family in Phoenixville, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia.
Michael P. Lyons: Michael established Craig Bradford Associates (CBA) in 1992 in New York. Prior to CBA, Michael held executive positions in the banking industry—vice president of marketing services at Chase Manhattan Bank and marketing vice president at Thomas Cook Travellers Cheques North America. Before his banking experience, Michael formed his expertise in staffing and recruiting as the general manager and senior vice president at Tempositions®. Under his leadership, the company expanded to five offices, and revenue grew from $4.5 million to $14 million. Michael started CBA while consulting privately owned staffing firms in New York City. Michael also was the former President of the New York Association of Temporary Services, where he was recognized by the New York State Department of Labor as Regional Employer of the Year and as one of the three statewide firms recognized as Employer of the Year for his practices and success in hiring individuals with disabilities. Michael is a graduate of Iona College, where he received his BA in English and his MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behavior. Michael and his wife currently live in Brewster, NY, a suburb of New York City.
