Client Relationship Manager (Insurance)

Comp: $115K-$130K + (dependent on experience)

The Client Relationship Manager is a trusted partner and primary point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include successful client onboarding, ongoing account management, data-driven insight generation, and continuous improvement. The Client Relationship Manager plays a critical role in strengthening client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting the company’s growth in the US. Exceptional service delivery, collaboration with internal teams, and proactive client engagement will define success for this position.

Overview of Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as a leading point of contact to a designated client base
  • Support and lead new assigned client implementations
  • Use analytical and excel skills to review new and existing data, analyze and understand client data portfolios to identify needs and potential business opportunities
  • Design and deliver product training programs to clients, at all levels within their business
  • Oversee the production & distribution of quality, accurate reporting internally and externally
  • Self-generate continuous improvement ideas both internally and externally.
  • Support the commercial development and management of designated client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate with internal departments to deliver client needs and objectives.

 

Overview of Desired Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS (or equivalent applicable experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years in client/account management facing role
  • 3 years+ experience with financial or professional services
  • Must have a proven track record of financial services business account management experience
  • Knowledge/experience within the leasing or finance industry (preferred)
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder & relationship management skills
  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be analytical and have acute attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude to change
  • Ability to work independently, strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Proactive, with the ability to generate ideas and think creatively with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Must be willing to travel nationally and internationally to meet with stakeholders; internal and external
  • Must be willing to be flexible in terms of working hours to assist with servicing various time zones
