Comp: $50K-$55K plus bonus
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping documents for orders scheduled to ship at the beginning of each business day and take them to the warehouse
- Assist customers via email and telephone with issues regarding orders, products, carriers and shipment tracking
- Submit customer orders within 24 hours of receiving and send sales confirmation for each
- Work with assigned sales representatives to better fulfill customers’ needs
- Work with the Purchasing Team to coordinate orders for ETAs and ship dates
- Submit dropship orders directly to the suppliers for customer delivery
- Invoice orders each day
- Submit necessary credit/debit memos
- Maintain customer files in a database as needed
- Daily filing
