Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Admin-Loan Closer based in Philadelphia, PA, with flexibility for remote work. The Admin-Loan Closer will be responsible for managing and coordinating loan closings, ensuring compliance with all required procedures and documentation.
Daily Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients and financial institutions
- Processing funding requests
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the closing process.
- Supporting the origination team (of 3) by assisting in arranging daily calls with lenders and clients, marketing efforts, and gathering market data.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Funding, Loan Closings, and related processes
- Closing of commercial, multifamily and/or bank loans a plus
- Proficiency in handling Loans and Closings with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide professional and responsive support
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with real estate and financial documentation is a plus
- Proficiency in basic office software and loan processing systems
