Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure sales representatives are supported, organized, and positioned to hit KPIs and sales goals. This role is responsible for keeping daily sales activity moving smoothly through strong organization, follow-up, and execution.
The position supports 7+ active sales professionals who visit multiple jewelry stores per day and provides operational support to the call center team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth execution before, during, and after store visits
- Support the call center team with follow-ups, coordination, and sales execution needs
- Manage short-term memo requests for loose diamonds and classic jewelry
- Coordinate overnight shipments, packaging, and next-day follow-up
- Track memo status, returns, conversions, and outstanding requests
- Follow up on calls, stock packages, and store needs
- Ensure timely follow-up with jewelry stores and store owners
- Maintain organization across multiple reps, stores, and priorities
