Sales Manager (Contractor)

Comp:            Base $100K plus monthly bonuses

Reports To:    Regional Director of Sales

Supervises:   Philadelphia Bath Sales Team

 

Summary

The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the sales team, while meeting company goals and KPIs. The Sales Manager will maintain sales volume, product mix, and sales team by interviewing, selecting, and orienting employees. The Sales Manager will support the sales team performance and results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Audit all new sales contracts for accuracy for handoff to production
  • Oversee sales schedule and assign issued leads to HICs
  • Continued development and training of all HICs
  • Host weekly sales meeting
  • Host small group training sessions with HICs
  • Minimum of 15 ride-alongs per month with HICs for training purposes
  • Train and develop HIC coaches
  • Contact customers who are considering canceling their contract and find solution to save the job

  • Net Sales Revenue against Goal
  • NSLI
  • Sales against book value

  • Ability to clearly communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to understand the customer’s needs to develop recommendations and estimates.
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a part of a team.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both in person and through Zoom.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to Three Years of experience as a sales manager
  • Three to five years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance

Compensation

  • Annual base salary
  • Receive monthly bonus
  • Paid vacation will be based off the company tenure guidelines
  • Holiday pay will be based off the observed company holidays
  • Monthly phone reimbursement
  • Company vehicle, gas card and EZ Pass provided
