Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join the team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships within the Greater Philadelphia commercial market.
Reporting directly to the Vice President – who previously held this role – the Sales Representative will receive hands-on mentorship and clear guidance on how to succeed in the territory.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their pipeline, build long-term client relationships, and grow with a respected local industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, engineers, architects, and commercial real estate professionals
- Identify and pursue tenant fit out and commercial construction opportunities
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building efforts
- Manage projects ranging from $25K to $1M from initial conversation through contract execution
- Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Build and maintain a strong, sustainable book of business within the territory
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, job walks, and industry events
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience (construction, facilities services, building services, or related industries preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable interacting with high-level decision-makers
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
