Our client recently launched their Employee Benefits (EB) communication solution built on their proven video first SaaS platform. They are now seeking a passionate, performance driven Director of Employee Benefits Sales to lead the go-to market strategy and distribution efforts for this exiting expansion
The Director of Employee Benefits Sales, is the driving force behind the company’s new EB platform. This is a high impact individual sales role charged with building and executing sales strategy, cultivating key relationships, and ensuring strong market penetration across brokers, consultants, and benefit advisors.
The successful candidates will serve as the face of the EB business line, representing a platform that simplifies complex benefits communication through intuitive technology and engaging video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the go to market and distribution strategy for the Employee Benefits platform
- Identity, pursue, and close new business with brokers, consultants and benefits partners
- Build and manage a scalable sales pipeline that meets or exceeds growth targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and outreach with market needs
- Represent company at industry conferences, webinars and partner meetings
- Track and report performance metrics to executive leadership
- Provide product feedback and competitive insights to support future development
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, brokerage, or benefits SaaS distribution
- Strong understanding of the EB landscape, including health, ancillary and voluntary benefits
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship building skills
- Highly motivated, organized and comfortable in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Ability to work remotely and travel for onsite meetings and conferences
