Bradford Lyons

Brad is the Managing Partner of Craig Bradford Associates (CBA). Brad was responsible for CBA’s expansion into the Greater Philadelphia area in 2003. Over the last 20 years under his direction, CBA has become one of the Top 10 executive search firms in Greater Philadelphia. Brad’s positive attitude, innate desire to be the best and natural sales ability is reflected in CBA’s client retention rate of 98%. It is a point of pride that more than 80% of CBA’s clients come from client referrals. The hallmarks of Brad’s personality are integrity, honesty, and truthfulness. These are the cornerstones of his success.

Prior to CBA, Brad was the National VP of Sales & Corporate Officer for a regional finance and leasing company. Brad grew the company’s revenue from $0 to over $1.5 million in 18 months.

He started his career with GE Capital where he was the recipient of the President’s Circle Performance Award. He also worked with Watkins Leasing Company, where he was responsible for developing new business lines totaling $11 million in annual volume, representing 65% of the company in total sales.

Brad is an active volunteer coach with the Catholic Youth Organization, Widener University Men’s Lacrosse and Football Booster Club as well as Pope John Paul HS and Bishop Shanahan HS. He has a strong history of supporting scholar athletes.

Brad is a graduate of La Salle University. He and his wife have been married for 20+ years and are the proud parents of four. Brad was born and raised in New York state but has called Philadelphia home since 1992. He is often mistaken for being from Philadelphia! If you can’t get a hold of Brad, he is most likely spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, or winning a karaoke contest.
