Michael Lyons

Mike Lyons founded Craig Bradford Associates in New York City in 1992. Prior to starting CBA, Mike held senior level positions in finance and banking as well as general management to a variety of NYC based search firms. Mike began his professional career in education. These varied experiences gave Mike an insight into hiring, recruiting, and building successful teams, a perfect foundation for a recruiting and search firm leader. Mike has served as the President of NYC Staffing Association and was recognized by the New York State Department of Labor as a Regional Employee of the Year. In 2003, CBA expanded into Pennsylvania and is now managed by Mike’s eldest son Brad.

Mike, while semi-retired, still participates in selected search engagements. When he is not speaking to an outstanding candidate or client prospect, he can be found on the golf course or in the pool. Mike resides in Oxford, CT with his wife of 55 years, Joan. One of their greatest joys is cheering on their grandchildren at their varied athletic events.
