Susie is a search professional with roots in the travel & hospitality and insurance industries. She has recruited, built, and managed teams in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Susie has held leadership positions with global travel management companies, luxury hotels, and travel tech. Following her success within the travel industry, Susie spent significant time in the insurance industry, with a focus on Property & Casualty managing business development initiatives.

After years of recruiting, developing, and leading teams, Susie switched her career to focus on Search/Recruiting/Talent Acquisition by joining Craig Bradford Associates. As CBA’s Executive Director of Recruiting and Client Management, Susie collaborates with employers in various industries to secure the best-in-class talent for their organizations. When not reviewing resumes or creating recruiting strategies, Susie can be found traveling near & far, usually with tunes blaring and a glass of good wine.
