Our client is a growing boutique law firm based on the Main Line. We are seeking an experienced, detail oriented Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a strong background in Business/Transactional law and/or Trust, Estate Planning, and Administration.

Overview of Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys across all phases of client representation
- Draft, prepare, and finalize a broad range of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration filings, operating agreements, and asset/stock purchase agreements under attorney supervision, while managing correspondence with clients, beneficiaries, creditors, opposing counsel, and financial institutions
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw (Practical Law), LexisNexis, or comparable platforms; draft memoranda, correspondence, and client-facing communications
- Maintain accurate and organized client files, case management records, and billing documentation in accordance with Firm protocols and the Rules of Professional Conduct
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings and transactional deal closings; proactively manage and monitor critical deadlines across transactional matters and trust/estate tax and administration timelines
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing phone calls, emails, and routine inquiries with professionalism and sound judgment
- Actively pursue professional development through relevant CLE courses and training programs
Overview of Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Business/Transactional law and/or Trust, Estate Planning, and Administration, with a willingness to expand into complementary practice areas
- Associate’s degree in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional organizational & multitasking abilities, with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple client matters and competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, attorneys, and third parties at all levels
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while contributing collaboratively within a boutique firm environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; aptitude for learning new legal research and accounting software platforms
- Experience with estate administration/trust accounting software (Zanes)
- Familiarity with Westlaw Practical Law for transactional matters
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Probate Procedures and Orphans’ Court Rules
- Active Pennsylvania Notary Public commission
- Background in additional practice areas such as Litigation or Real Estate is a plus
