Client Service Manager: Benefits Technology

Our client is a fast-growing benefits technology company helping retirement advisors and employee benefits brokers deliver better, more scalable employee education and communication.

Our white-labeled technology and hands-on service act as an extension of our clients’ practices, helping them improve employee engagement, strengthen client retention, create new sales opportunities, and deliver a better overall experience to employers and employees.

About the Role

As a Client Service Manager, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience to our growing Employee Benefits client base. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, leading successful on-boardings, driving platform adoption, and identifying opportunities to grow and expand existing client relationships.

You will serve as a trusted partner to benefit brokers and consultants, helping their teams successfully implement and utilize our client, while providing ongoing education, support, and guidance. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, increase engagement and usage across their organizations, and ensure they continue to see value in the platform. You’ll also collaborate with our internal teams to bring forward client feedback, improve the overall experience, and drive long-term client retention and growth.

Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Employee Benefits clients, managing relationships from trial clients to onboarding through continued support

· Lead client onboarding, implementation, and training to ensure a smooth launch and strong platform adoption

· Provide responsive, thoughtful support and guidance to help clients get the most value from our client

· Build strong, long-term relationships while identifying opportunities to expand usage and grow existing accounts

· Maintain accurate client records and task tracking to ensure timely and consistent follow-through

· Partner with internal teams to share client feedback, recommend product enhancements, and continuously improve the client experience

What We’re Looking For

· Min of 2 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or client service role; Employee Benefits experience strongly preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and priorities at once

· Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing a great client experience

· Comfortable learning new technology, explaining software to clients, and working independently within a remote team

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Salary: $70,000 base + bonus, On-Target Earnings {OTE): $75,000
