Comp: $50K base + uncapped commission (OTE $80K-$100K Year 1)

The Opportunity
This is a true hunter role for someone who wants to build something of their own.
You’ll spend most of your time in the field developing new commercial and multifamily accounts across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. You’ll meet decision-makers face-to-face—property managers, maintenance supervisors, and facility directors—and build a book of business from the ground up.

What Your Week Will Look Like
- In-person drop-ins at property management offices and commercial buildings
- Scheduling and running discovery meetings with key decision-makers
- Cold calling and follow-ups between visits
- Weekly pipeline reviews with your sales coach
- Keeping your activity organized in CRM (Nutshell)

Who This Role Is For

We’re especially interested in candidates from:
HVAC, solar, plumbing supply, electrical distribution, restoration, roofing, copier sales, pest control, or trade counter sales.
If you have 1–3 years of experience and are ready to step into a true outside sales role, we want to hear from you.
