Salary: $80K to $100K plus commission/bonus
Craig Bradford Associates is recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive on behalf of a growing organization in the premium insurance finance industry. This individual will play a critical role in driving business development initiatives, expanding market presence, and building long-term relationships within the insurance and lending sectors.
The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building abilities, proven closing skills, and experience developing new business opportunities within financial services or insurance-related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Insurance Property and Casualty: Agencies, Carriers, and General Agents
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the insurance and lending industries
- Present and promote premium finance solutions while tailoring proposals to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reporting to leadership
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals within the finance industry
- Experience in premium finance or related financial services preferred
- Strong understanding of premium finance products, services, and the insurance industry
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools
