Sales Executive (Insurance Finance)

Salary: $80K to $100K plus commission/bonus

Craig Bradford Associates is recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive on behalf of a growing organization in the premium insurance finance industry. This individual will play a critical role in driving business development initiatives, expanding market presence, and building long-term relationships within the insurance and lending sectors.

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building abilities, proven closing skills, and experience developing new business opportunities within financial services or insurance-related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Insurance Property and Casualty: Agencies, Carriers, and General Agents
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the insurance and lending industries
  • Present and promote premium finance solutions while tailoring proposals to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements while meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reporting to leadership
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals within the finance industry
  • Experience in premium finance or related financial services preferred
  • Strong understanding of premium finance products, services, and the insurance industry
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work in a professional office environment
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform standard office-related physical activities
