About the Opportunity
A well-established, highly respected, modern auto dealership is seeking an experienced and results-driven Pre-Owned Car Manager to lead and expand its pre-owned vehicle operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of pre-owned vehicle inventory, including acquisition, pricing, and merchandising
- Conduct and supervise vehicle appraisals and trade evaluations
- Partner with the sales team to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory turn rates and aging to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain high standards for vehicle presentation and overall lot organization
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pre-owned vehicle management (Import auto experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, vehicle valuation, and market trends
- Demonstrated ability to source, price, and market vehicles effectively
- Leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
