What You’ll Do
- Engage with real estate investors seeking financing solutions
- Conduct discovery calls to understand investment goals and financing needs
- Structure and present DSCR and fix-and-flip loan options
- Guide borrowers through the lending process from application through closing
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and follow-up schedules
- Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth loan closings
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and sales development programs
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Proven success selling financial products such as mortgages, business loans, commercial financing, consumer finance, or similar solutions
- Strong ability to qualify opportunities and close business in a consultative sales environment
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system effectively
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working within a structured sales process and accountability-driven culture
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass industry-standard background checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DSCR, fix-and-flip, or investment property lending
- Background with mortgage brokers, private lenders, or business-purpose lending
- Formal sales training (Sandler, Challenger, or similar methodologies)
- Familiarity with real estate investors and investment property financing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
