Compensation: $75K-$100K+ Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commission & Bonus
Our client, a well-established and growing insurance organization, is seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Producer to drive new business development and expand their commercial client portfolio. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering client needs, and delivering customized risk management solutions.
The ideal candidate has experience selling into Construction and/or Assisted Living markets and thrives in a consultative, results-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and close new commercial insurance opportunities within targeted industries, including Construction and Assisted Living.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, community involvement, and proactive prospecting.
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to assess risk exposures and insurance needs.
- Design and present customized insurance solutions that protect clients and support their business goals.
- Partner with account managers, carrier representatives, and internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, prospect, and client information within CRM and agency management systems.
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier offerings, and market conditions.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and a client-focused approach.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales, commercial insurance, employee benefits, financial services, or a related industry.
- Experience calling on and selling to Construction companies and/or Assisted Living facilities.
- Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build trust with business owners and executives.
- Self-starter with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Active Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication, relationship management, and follow-through skills.
