A well-established and growth-oriented insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to support a specialized Construction book of business. This role is central to the daily servicing and operational execution required to maintain high-performing contractor accounts.

Position Overview
The Assistant Account Manager will provide day-to-day servicing support to Account Managers and Producers while ensuring timely processing of endorsements, certificates, and remarketing initiatives. This role requires strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance operations and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume issuance of certificates of insurance for construction clients, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Process endorsements accurately and efficiently in accordance with client and carrier specifications.
- Support remarketing efforts by gathering underwriting information, preparing submissions, and coordinating with carriers.
- Provide daily servicing support for construction accounts, addressing client and carrier inquiries promptly.
- Partner closely with Account Managers and Producers to execute renewal strategies and maintain account retention.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carrier representatives.
- Ensure policy documentation and records are complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Assist with renewal preparation and follow-up to ensure seamless policy transitions.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license – required.
- Experience servicing commercial insurance accounts; construction industry experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience handling endorsements and certificates in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional communication skills and client-service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-driven structure.
