Executive Assistant – supporting the Chief People Officer
Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 Employment Type: Full-Time

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer (CPO) and, at times, members of the HR Leadership Team. What You’ll Do
· Manage a complex executive calendar, including scheduling across multiple time zones and resolving conflicts
· Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, accommodations and expense reporting
· Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, agendas, reports and executive communications
· Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
· Support HR marketing, employee communications and social media initiatives
· Coordinate HR Leadership Team meetings, offsites, employee events and other key initiatives
· Process and track benefits invoices and supporting documentation
· Partner with other Executive Assistants and administrative professionals across the organization
· Lead special projects requiring strong organization, communication and follow-through
· Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and AI-enabled productivity tools
· Provide additional administrative support and handle special requests as needed
What We’re Looking For
· 8+ years of progressive Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
· Previous experience directly supporting a C-Suite or senior executive
· Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel and expense reporting
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
· Exceptional PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
· Strong technology aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
· Experience supporting HR, People, Communications, Information Systems or another corporate function is strongly preferred
· Experience with employee communications, HR marketing or social media is a plus
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
· Exceptional organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong business judgment, discretion and ability to handle confidential information
· Ability to anticipate needs, identify issues and recommend solutions
· Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment
Technology Experience
Experience with Concur, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Adobe Acrobat, Workday or similar enterprise systems is a plus. Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools is also highly valued.
