Sales Manager (Installation)

Territory: Pennsylvania, New Jersey & Delaware

Compensation: $60K–$70K Base + Uncapped Commissions & Bonus Opportunities

Year 1 Earnings: $110K–$150K+ OTE

Our client is a well-established and highly respected custom installation company specializing in custom closets and frameless shower doors. For more than 30 years, they have built a strong reputation throughout the region by delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-standing relationships with many of the area’s leading home builders, developers, and contractors.

Operating from a 15,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility in Lower Bucks County, the company generates approximately $10 million in annual revenue and continues to experience steady growth.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role and serves as the primary business development position within the organization. As the face of the company in the marketplace, you will manage key existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new opportunities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

This is an ideal opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and developing business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing custom home builders, developers, and contractors
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout the territory
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, job site visits, networking events, and industry functions
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies
  • Maintain a strong presence in the local building and construction community
  • Collaborate with internal operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Achieve revenue growth and business development goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in outside sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience selling into the construction, building products, home improvement, or related industries preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Self-motivated hunter mentality with the ability to develop new business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
